Let me guess:
From the outside looking in, everything seems perfect.
You're working towards the standard definition of success (i.e., get the degree(s), get the job, find the soulmate, buy the house, have the kids, and eventually retire)...
and you know you have it a lot better than others...

Yes, we "know" we all have the same hours per day as Beyonce, but somehow you have less.
Between meetings that should have been emails, balancing your relationships, and trying to prioritize YOU, sometimes you find yourself looking around and wondering how you got here and you aren't quite sure what you want to change, where to begin, or where you'll find the time or energy.
You're sick of the standard, fluffy self-help advice.
As you scroll through social media, tune into podcasts, or check out audiobooks, it seems like everyone is shelling out regurgitated quotes and punchy affirmations about how "easy" it is to "manifest" the life of your dreams... but none of what they're saying acknowledges the real obstacles and responsibilities that exist.

But now, thanks to technology and (comparably) better health outcomes, increased financial opportunities, and other resources, we have the opportunity to essentially do anything we want... which means we alone are to thank when things go our way, or to blame if things don't work out.

Between you and me, some people haven't realized the POWER they have.
👉🏾 They become overwhelmed with all the choices and freedom in front of them and opt out of making a decision for themselves, instead letting others decide for them.
👉🏾 They settle for the lie that the life of their dreams can never be more than a dream.
👉🏾 They don't give themselves permission to change their mind, even when they realize that what might have worked for them before isn't working for them right now.
I don't want that for you, and I know you don't want it for yourself either.
Because if no one's told you yet:
👉🏾 Not making a decision is making a decision to put the outcome in someone else's hands.
👉🏾 The dreams you have for yourself were put on your heart for a reason, and with the right strategy and intentional focus, they can become your reality.
👉🏾 The person you were at 10, 18, 21, 30, or even yesterday does not get to dictate who you get to be today, tomorrow, or the day after that. You get to decide and change your mind about the direction of your life however many times you need to, for whatever reason you want to.

Life by Design teaches what we don't know about this thing called life--we usually only know work-life balance, but there's more to it. Knowing the other parts of life, the noises we are hearing and going through, and having someone who will give us the clarity and guidance on how to balance all of it is a must.
